STUDENTS
Preparing every GISD student for what comes next: college, careers, the military, or any productive path they choose.

Three commitments that guide how Bryan will serve every family in Garland ISD.

Preparing every GISD student for what comes next: college, careers, the military, or any productive path they choose.

Ensuring Garland ISD remains a responsible steward of community trust, and that every dollar supports student success.

Garland ISD has been part of Bryan's life for decades, and he's ready to serve at a higher level and help the district move forward.

Bryan moved to Garland from Little Rock, Arkansas, in 1984, at age 12, with his mom. He graduated from South Garland High School in 1991 and Texas A&M University in 1995. He and his wife, Nicole, raised their children, Bryan II and Breyana, in Garland ISD schools.
He chaired the steering committee for Garland ISD's 2023 Bond and the PAC behind 2025's Prop A. Both passed. He also mentors young men across North Texas through Alpha Phi Alpha's Alpha Merit program.
